Our staff has demonstrated the ability to affect a sustained improvement in operations performance. Since 2001 our consultants have provided and reinforced a sustainable model for on-shift performance improvement. Our staff develops and implements leadership seminars for operations supervisors and managers, full scope training to control room operators, and on-shift follow up reinforcement.
Recently, our staff has assisted in development and implementation of operations crew performance critiquing that is used on-shift and in the training facilities. Our staff trains facility staff on defining specific performance gaps and developing attainable corrective actions that can be completed on-shift within the confines of day to day operations.
